“Meet your ingredients” is a bespoke interactive session held at Lydhurst Farmhouse (West Sussex, RH17 5SZ). Typical events include a 3 hour foraging tour & workshops all followed by a feast designed specifically for the group.
Due to the sites requirements all bookings need to be pre-planned and agreed in advance. Perfect for company training days and long weekend experiences. Lydhurst also has use of a 16 seater shuttle available for pick-up and drop-off from Haywards Heath, Gatwick airport etc
This is my favourite site for extra special events given it’s large private woodland, fire pit, dining barn for 30+ people, commercial kitchen & also has bookable cottages for long weekend experiences

– Fermented Wild Garlic Flatbread, Wild Dips
– Sorrel tahini, shredded & spiced oyster-mushroom topped hummus, confit garlic
