These walks are my intermediate sessions when to foraging for flavour in order to teach on the rules and regulations, identification techniques, and the risks associated with wild food and drink in a little more depth than my introductory sessions. Throughout the walk we will identify seasonal ingredients and compare and contrast with their dangerous counterparts and take a deep dive into my 3 best applications for the most interesting seasonal items. As usual tasters and samples along the way.
