Just a quick little video of our day and the pieces of finding edible tasty wild mushrooms including; - terracotta hedgehog fungus - hedgehog fungus - hen of the woods - porcini - amethyst deceivers - my fermented mushroom seasoning
This is certainly not an ID video but more an example of the joy and flavours you can find if in the right places in 20 minutes.
We cooked them up and had a delightful wild lunch.
