We don't get (in my experience) as many pine boletes in the south of the UK than further north. Delighted to find a beast I cooked it in a Gozney Dome at Nomadic Dinners.

I read Roger Phillips over and over growing up so if you want a guid on wild food, mushrooms and many more great topics its the first stop in my opinion.  Here I cooked a Pine Bolete in homage to Roger remembering his haggis stuffed CEP dish.
